Items that are in stock will ship within 2- 5 business days. All custom items are made to order and may take up to 2 - 3 weeks to be prepared for shipment. We strive to fulfill your order in a timely fashion, however due to the handmade process of our products keep in mind this production window may change.
We will email order status updates to the email address provided at check-out. Updates include order confirmation, shipment confirmation and tracking details, as well as notification of any delays.
In the case that your package has been lost or stolen in transit or upon arrival SLATE does not take responsibility for packages that show as delivered. We are also not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses, so please make sure to provide the proper address. All claims must be made via the carrier the package was shipped.
